Return Eligibility

We support a free return service for all products. Customers can apply for a return application within 60 days after receiving the goods. All returned products must be kept in unused, unwashed, intact condition with original packaging and accessories retained, to ensure secondary sales qualification.

Return Application Process

To initiate a return, please submit a return request through our official customer contact channel. Our customer service team will review your application and provide formal return guidance and return address information. Unauthorized returns without official confirmation will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and verify the returned products meet the return standards, we will complete the refund review and payment within 5 to 10 working days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account of the order.

Special Instructions

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the return regulations. For defective products caused by non-human factors, we provide free return and refund services. All refund settlement currencies are based on US dollars.
